Buyer premium24% is added to the hammer price on every lot. A $2,000 hammer invoices at $2,480 before tax.
Sales taxTexas sales tax applies unless we hold a current resale certificate for you.
ReservesSome lots carry a confidential reserve, always at or under the low estimate. Lots that do not reach it are passed.
ConditionEvery lot is sold as viewed. Our condition notes are honest about repairs, and we will send more photos on request.
Payment and collectionInvoices go out within the hour. Card, check or wire. Collection Monday to Wednesday, 9am to 4pm.
