Prices assume standard soil, machine-dug post holes and a line we can get a trailer near. Solid rock, steep fall or a tear-out over a retaining wall gets priced on site, in front of you.
We wheel the run, check the fall, mark the gates and call in the utility locate. You get the per-foot number before we leave the driveway.
Holes machine-dug two feet down, deeper on gates, and hand-cut where the caliche wins. Posts plumbed, set in concrete and left overnight before anything hangs on them.
